Eftalia Ocean Hotel - Konakli

Had a blast with my family enjoying the spacious room stocked with cool little extras and fresh drinks in the mini bar. We loved the relaxing spa options and the vibrant outdoor pool scene, perfect for unwinding together. The only hiccup was a minor wait during check-in, but it was a great stay overall! 🌞

The bed was horrible, too firm, and the pillows were laughable. The reception staff were not even slightly helpful, and i somehow expected a complimentary upgrade that never came. I almost thought about giving a good review, but alas, i just couldn't.

Eftalia ocean was amazing for our family holiday! The beach is just 400 m away, and the facilities are perfect for all ages. We loved the spacious room stocked with nice extras like cotton buds. The food was always fresh with tons of options, so nobody went hungry!

The facilities were excellent and there was plenty for all ages. The food was great , always lovely and fresh with a vast selection.

Noise between rooms was distracting, which hindered our ability to get a good night's sleep.

We enjoyed the tennis court with floodlighting and the vibrant entertainment options. The food was diverse and tasty. It's great to explore local attractions nearby too, so there's plenty to keep everyone busy!

One downside was a minor wait at check-in, which delayed our excitement to settle in and start the fun right away.

Noise levels between rooms were bothersome!!! More effective management of rowdy guests would greatly enhance the atmosphere!!! The cleanliness of the pool could use quicker response times after incidents!!! Towel service needs consistency!!!

Great amenities for kids, including a fantastic water park. Noise from adjacent rooms disturbed our sleep a bit. Clean, spacious rooms with excellent food variety. Enjoyed the vibrant evening entertainment and nearby shopping options.

The pools were super clean, and the waterslides were a hit with the kids. The daily evening entertainment was fantastic, and we loved the vibrant atmosphere at the snack bars too.

the hotel is just a short walk from bacogl mosque, and sealanya dolphinpark seapark offers fantastic family fun so you can easily explore these attractions during your stay.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel facilities with a wonderful garden and large amphitheater. We were also happy with the location in relation to the Bazaar, just a short walk away. the breakfast was delicious and had a wide selection of food to choose from. The hotel staff were also friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast and dinner options were great and there was always a good variety to choose from. The location was convenient and easy to reach by bus. The view from the rooms was breathtaking and made for a picturesque holiday backdrop.

The noise levels were unbearable, making it impossible to catch a good night's sleep. The room had a constant humming sound and our complaints fell on deaf ears.

The luxurious amenities at this hotel were truly exclusive and met all my expectations. the spa and wellness centre was a delightful feature with multiple options for body massages, body wraps, and beauty treatments. There were also various pools available for a dip, including indoor swimming pool, sauna, outdoor swimming pool, and Jacuzzi. the beach access was just a few steps away from the hotel which made it incredibly convenient to stroll around. There were seasonal outdoor pools and sun loungers on the sun terrace available too.

While the services provided by the hotel were impeccable, I did have a minor issue with the staff at the restaurant who were a bit unfriendly and rude at times. I noticed that they would quickly clear the plate even if I wasn't finished eating which was a bit unpleasant.

The pool was a good size and the water was clean. the location was great as it was close to the beach and shopping areas. Breakfast and dinner were decent with a good variety of food available.

The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. They did not speak good English, making communication difficult.

Taking in a show every night, diverse entertainment was available for all ages. Relaxing in the private pool, while the kids swam in the other pools, was our favorite. It was also a quick walk to the busy bazaar for a more affordable activity.

There were noise problems throughout the hotel that made it difficult to rest properly.
